These paintings are part of an ongoing series of watercolours depicting the changing landscape around Sea to Sky country. Watercolour is a medium that continues to fascinate me. The purity of colour, fluidity and expressive nature is perfect for describing the beauty of the Pacific Northwest Coast. I especially enjoy painting places that are soon to be developed and changed for ever. There are many such places near my home in Squamish - the Coast mountains and Temperate rainforest are favourite subjects. I show my work locally and work on commission.
