Jon Erik Johansen is a Vancouverite sculptor who uses technology and traditionally industrial techniques to create visual arts and sculpture. Most of the work is transformational, and may incorporate objects that were originally employed in other uses. Examples would include helicopter blades sculpted into fish mobiles, or using CNC milling machines and lasers to develop photography on various substrates.
